This seismometer was designed by Sean Thomas Morrissey, and is currently being extensively discussed on the PSN (public seismic network) at: http://psn.quake.net/

As my version of the STM-8 seismograph develops, details and photos will appear on the page, and announced on the PSN mail list.

NEWS! Construction Started

A decision was made to use a mainframe disk drive magnet for my version of the STM Seismograph.
